The ICM-42605 TDK InvenSense LGA-14 is a low-power 6-axis MEMS Motion Tracking device featuring a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer. It offers ultra-low-noise performance with a gyroscope noise of 3.8 mdps/√Hz and an accelerometer noise of 70 µg/√Hz. The device supports user-selectable full-scale ranges for both gyroscope (±15.2° to ±2000°/sec) and accelerometer (±2g to ±16g), and includes advanced motion processing capabilities such as pedometer, tilt detection, tap detection, and wake-on-motion. The ICM-42605 operates with a 1.71V to 3.6V supply voltage and offers interfaces such as I3CSM, I2C, and SPI for communication. It is ideal for applications in smartphones, wearables, AR/VR, gaming, and IoT.
