Product Description
The Adafruit PCM5122 I2S DAC is a high-performance stereo digital-to-analog converter designed for clean and accurate line-level audio output. It easily converts I2S digital audio from boards like ESP32, RP2350, or Raspberry Pi into high-quality analog sound. In default hardware mode, it works instantly without needing MCLK, I2C, or SPI configuration—simply provide I2S signals and power, and it just works.
For advanced users, the DAC also supports I2C or SPI control, enabling digital volume control, mute, EQ, filtering, and de-emphasis. With an impressive 112dB dynamic range and –93dB THD+N, it delivers excellent audio clarity. The onboard 3.5mm jack and breakout pads provide flexible line-level output for audio systems and embedded projects.
