What does Webdigitronix sell?

Electronics, accessories, refurbished gadgets, and we also run an e-waste collection service out of Lucknow. We keep the range focused on products we actually know well.

How do I place an order?

Find what you want, add it to cart, and checkout. You can create an account or go as a guest. Either way, you'll get an order confirmation on your phone or email once payment clears.

What payment options are available?

UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and major wallets. All payments go through a secure gateway. We don't store card details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking link. If the link stops updating for more than two days, just call us and we'll find out what's happening.

I received the wrong product. What now?

Our mistake, our fix. Email us a photo of what arrived along with your order number. We'll arrange pickup and send the right one at no extra cost.

The product stopped working after a few days. Is that covered?

If it's within 7 days of delivery and the fault wasn't caused by mishandling, yes. Get in touch and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, depending on availability.

How does the e-waste collection work?

Drop off your old or broken electronics at our Lucknow address, or call us to check if pickup is available in your area. We don't just throw it in a bin — it goes to certified recycling facilities.

Do I get anything for dropping off e-waste?

We're working on a rewards system. For now, we give businesses a disposal certificate if they need it for compliance. Individual customers get the satisfaction of doing the right thing — which does count for something.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order. Buy one cable if that's what you need.

I haven't received my order within the expected time.

Check the tracking link first. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's been stuck in transit, call us at +91-8795357707 or 8400000073. We'll take it up with the courier the same day.
